Vacuum Roll Sealing Strip
Material: graphite rubber
A sealing strip designed for vacuum rolls (suction rolls, press suction rolls, etc.), seated in the sealing groove on the inner shell wall and running in close contact with the rotating shell — a key wear part for maintaining vacuum level and dewatering efficiency. Strips are machined to your roll diameter, groove profile and machine type, kept in stock for fast delivery.
- Flexible, wear-resistant sealing — the flexible material fits closely against the inner shell wall for a reliable seal
- Quiet, low load — quiet running with low contact load on the sealing faces
- Self-lubricating — reduces wear on the roll shell, protecting the high-value vacuum shell

- Lower energy use — a good seal reduces the vacuum pump load and saves energy

Clamp-Type Sealing

Unlike conventional back-loading designs, the clamp-type seal applies no air pressure to the back of the strip during operation — the strip is held in its groove by lateral clamping air pressure only, keeping the sealing lip out of contact with the roll shell. Service life and energy performance are far ahead of loaded seals.
- No loading pressure — no air load on the back of the strip while running; held only by lateral clamping pressure
- No friction with the shell — the seal never rubs the inner shell wall, reducing shell wear
- 3× service life — friction-free running extends strip life up to three times
- Far less energy and noise — no friction losses, quieter and more efficient operation
- Fully automatic — loading and clamping controlled automatically from the air control cabinet, no manual intervention
Air-Inflated Seal
Material: EPDM / silicone · fabric-reinforced or plain
A fully customised product for demanding duty. When inflated with compressed air, the sealing lip expands against the sealing surface to form a reliable line seal; when deflated it retracts cleanly — no rubbing, no wear. Cross-section, circumference, hardness and reinforcement are all tailored to the application.

- Two materials — EPDM or silicone, matching different temperatures and chemical environments

Washer Longitudinal Seal Kit
Wear-resistant seal · loading air bag · adjustable pressure
The wear-resistant sealing strips press against the washer screen plate through loading air bags: when inflated, the bags push the strips into even contact with the plate. Loading pressure is adjustable to suit operating conditions, sealing reliably while minimising wear on the screen plate; as the seal wears, the air bags extend to compensate, keeping contact continuous and preventing stock leakage.
