The Tecno-Clean D dryer fabric cleaning system is a water-jet continuous cleaning system designed specifically for dryer fabrics in the dryer section. As dryer fabrics run, they continuously collect sheet dust, fibers and contaminants, causing permeability to drop, drying efficiency to decline and wear to accelerate. Using a scanning cleaning head, the system cleans the fabric continuously or periodically, with contaminant capture and evacuation design that restores fabric permeability and stabilizes cylinder heat transfer and the drying curve — while significantly extending fabric replacement intervals and reducing downtime and spare part costs.

The high-pressure dryer fabric cleaning head is the core actuating component of Tecno-Clean D, purpose-built for in-line deep cleaning of dryer fabrics in the dryer section, combining high-pressure water-jet cleaning with vacuum debris extraction in one unit.
- 5×0.2mm sapphire nozzles — wear- and corrosion-resistant sapphire nozzles deliver a concentrated, non-dispersing jet; orifice size and jet quality remain stable over long service life
- 550 bar high-pressure water jet — the high-pressure jet penetrates the contamination layer on the dryer fabric surface, thoroughly cleaning the fabric and restoring permeability
- -0.3 bar vacuum extraction — immediate suction during cleaning removes dislodged fibers, dust and water mist, preventing debris from re-depositing on the fabric
- True on-line cleaning — no water mist spray, no shutdown or speed reduction required; cleaning is completed while the dryer section keeps running normally
