Product Overview
The Ropeless Threading System replaces conventional tail threading ropes with a conveyor belt: once the tail is placed on the swing arm — by the water jet or manually — the belt carries it smoothly along the threading path to the next section, completing tail transfer. The tail remains under control throughout, with no rope contact, eliminating rope-related wrinkles, marks and contamination.
The swing arm moves into the threading path only when needed and swings clear afterwards, leaving the sheet run completely unobstructed during normal production. Compact and low-maintenance, the system works especially well with the tail threading water jet for fast automatic threading after breaks.
