Product Overview
The Trim Cutter is a fixed high-pressure water-jet edge trimming device installed at the dryer section or reel section of the paper machine. The trim nozzles on both sides are set precisely to the required trim width and continuously cut off the deckle edges on line, keeping the sheet edges neat and the trimmed width stable, and reducing breaks caused by damaged edges.
The unit features an integrated stainless-steel valve assembly with high-pressure needle valves and pressure gauges for intuitive operation and inspection. The wall-mounted bracket fits directly on the machine frame — quick to install and adjust — and can be used standalone or combined with the slitting and trimming system for a complete edge-trimming solution.
