Product Overview
The high-pressure spray oscillator is the oscillating actuator of a high-pressure spray system: a servo motor drives the output shaft back and forth, moving the spray pipe axially so the water jet sweeps forming fabrics, dryer fabrics, press felts or roll surfaces in a continuous, uniform path — preventing the jet from lingering in one spot and over-cleaning locally.
The oscillator is interlocked with the paper machine speed: the oscillation speed matches machine speed automatically, keeping the cleaning intensity per unit area consistent at any speed. The whole unit is made of 316L stainless steel with IP68 protection, ready for the wet, hot and hose-flushed environment of a paper machine with maintenance-free long-term operation.
